ICON Development Solutions is conducting a research study of an investigational product in volunteers, ages 45-75.

Possible candidates for this study experience leg pain while walking, which goes away after resting for a few minutes.

This study may help determine the safety and tolerability of the study drug which is being developed for the treatment of poor circulation in the legs, known as PAD, or Peripheral Arterial Disease. The study drug or placebo will be given intravenously.

Vital signs, ECGs, physical examinations and blood and urine samples will be obtained and performed during this study.

You will need to complete:

a screening visit
up to 7 nights in the research unit
13 out patient visits

You may be compensated up to $4,850.00 for time and travel.
